Before qualified, a potential vendor has to submit a complete documentation including compresive background, so that DPE can have a understanding like trade ability, bank reference, financial information and other references.

Audit

When above qualification accepted by DPE, we will perform an on-site visit to supplier – to have a deep understanding of potential supplier’s managment system, business policy, ordering procedures and other business oppotunities.

Approval

To ensure the new vendors can meet our standards for service, delivery and quality, they must be finally approved by DPE management. And a purchasing agreement is required before the vendors can receive orders. Only with all above accepted, DPE can start business with the new vendors.

Based on years of knowledge surrounding quality assurance and counterfeit prevention, our primary inspection includes careful examination of parts from outer packaging inward.

Functionality Test

For parts like CPU, Memory, LCDs, SSD, Board Level and other peripherals, DPE can perform functionality test upon request.

In-house testing

Package Inspection： DPE established own labels database – accumulated from historical QC record. This database contains 6000+ labels of original parts and is continuously expanding. These original labels are good reference for comparative analysis of new incoming parts.

Body Identification： DPE owns 300X industrial magnifier to measure and observe dimension, marking and surface of SMD and other components.

Assembly Test： All key functional parts like CPU, Memory, HDD, Panel... can be installed and verified with suitable hardware and software.

Parameters Test： DPE can proceed LCR and UI test for passive and active components, including 0201/01005 dimension SMD parts. And all test equipments are regularly calibrated.

DPE is ISO 9001:2015 qualified by the nationally accepted organization ITS.
